A highly respected California litigation practice is seeking attorneys with strong litigation skills to join its growing Lemon Law Defense team.
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful litigation experience, long-term career growth, and the flexibility of a fully remote practice. Prior Lemon Law experience is not required. The firm will train attorneys who have a solid litigation foundation and a desire to develop trial skills.
This position focuses on defending major automotive manufacturers in California Lemon Law matters. Attorneys will handle cases from inception through resolution and gain meaningful exposure to all phases of litigation.
